5-0-0 Na-X Soil Salt Flush™ is a highly soluble calcium solution that reduces excess sodium salt levels in soils to renew soil structure, increase water flow and penetration, and provide calcium for turfgrass experiencing calcium deficiency.

  • One gallon contains 0.58 lb of nitrogen and 1.39 lbs of calcium

Product Description:
Na-X Soil Salt Flush is yet another unique product from our friends at Ecologel, and "Soil Salt Flush" is exactly what it is designed to do. It will flush out the toxins, kick up the microbes, and explode that salty soil with life and fresh microbial activity.

This product can be used across your entire lawn, golf course, or athletic field, but is also great for areas where road salt is washed from the road into your turf over winter.

*Size options and coverage: 

  • 1 Single Gallon (128 oz)= covers up to 4,000 sq ft 
  • 2 Gallon Pack (256 oz)= covers up to 8,000 sq ft 
  • 4 Gallon Pack (512 oz)= covers up to 16,000 sq ft

Application Information:

The application rates for Na-X are pretty heavy for DIYers, so you have a couple of choices for small areas such as your parkways or thinner grass areas. Keep in mind that if the product is running off, stop and wait a day or two until things dry out, as you want the soil to be able to hold what you are applying.

  • If applying with a hose-end sprayer, put 32 oz of Na-X in the bottle and then spray. Water in immediately. 
  • If applying with a pump or battery sprayer, you will want to "spoon-feed" the lawn. Put 8 oz of concentrate in 1 gallon of water and apply and then water it in. Repeat this every day for 4 days in a row.

    You may also refer to the table below to determine the volume of Na-X to apply to achieve the desired amount of calcium.

     Na-X Soil Salt Flush can be used on all grass types, including the following:

    Cool Season Lawns - Kentucky Bluegrass, Turf Type Tall Fescue (all fescues), Ryegrass. 

    Warm Season Lawns - Bermuda, St Augustine, Zoysia, Centipede, Bahia.
